Customer satisfaction is a tradition at Himalayan Travel Studio, whether after receiving our services or prior to it. We want to make it as easy as possible to do so. Note-We cannot make exceptions to this policy for any reason including personal emergencies, unexpected weather, natural disasters or terrorism. Himalayan Travel Studio also reserves the right to cancel any trip using our discretion if the safety of our travelers or staff should be compromised. In the event of cancellation, Himalayan Travel Studio is not responsible for any loss incurred for non-refundable travel costs. In this case, refund of payments received by Himalayan Travel Studio will constitute full and final settlement. We always recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your travel investment.
* For future trip credits, reservations must be made within one calendar year of the original date of departure or funds are forfeit. Refunds will not be issued after a future trip credit has been chosen.
